The successful applicant will have excellent IT skills and will demonstrate a proactive, right first-time approach to a multitude of different tasks. A professional telephone manner is required, along with an ability to achieve tasks in a timely manner. Career progression opportunities exist if the correct skills are exhibited.

The main duties include the responsibility for the following:

  • Completing site visits to obtain data, critical measurements etc
  • Compiling Risk Assessments & Method Statements
  • Compiling job files and work packs
  • Updating/populating labour allocation
  • Chasing data returns from site (inspection & test reports for example)
  • Raising orders on electronic procurement system
  • Helping ensure monthly KPI data is collated on a monthly basis
  • Providing general administration support for the operations team
  • Compiling ‘parts lists’ for site teams
