An opportunity has arisen for an O&M Data Manager to join our operations team.

What you’ll be doing day to day

  • Development of processes for the timely receipt of supporting documentation for O&M Manuals.
  • Development of a digitised O&M Manual.
  • Develop and Manage O&M digitised library.
  • Engagement with Supply Chain in pertinent data capture and the development of best practice O&M information and format.
  • Ability to review and support project teams in the structuring of O&M Manuals.
  • Engagement with the regional Project teams to agree “inhouse or outsource” strategy for O&M production on scheme by scheme basis.
  • Liaise with all Project teams and action any deliverables required.
  • Proof read all documents for fluidity and correct use of English.
  • Be conversant with specific customer requirements and procedures.
  • Management and / or assistance with the drafting of O&M Manuals to ensure delivery of a coherent document communicating key operation and maintenance procedures and processes.
  • Ensure that all O&M data (electronic and hard copy) follows a consistent and clear format.
  • Ensure that standard materials (e.g. Exemplar instructions, procedures, diagrams) are regularly updated and available for use by project teams through update of digitised library.

What we're looking for in a candidate

  • IT Skills required in all Microsoft Office applications and proficient in Desktop publishing.
  • The ability to work under pressure and ‘do all it takes’ to deliver work to deadlines.
  • Be able to multi-task and manage a variety of tasks and projects.
  • Be able to organise your workload.
  • Be able to work in a strong team environment.
  • An excellent communicator, with internal colleagues, external customers and the supply chain.
  • A high level of diplomacy and customer focused.
  • Preferable degree qualified with excellent command of the English language
